Pastor Chuck and his wife Dana both grew up in Pensacola, Florida. On June 1, 2007, they were married — the same year that everything changed.
Before coming to Christ, both Chuck and Dana lived lives marked by emptiness and brokenness. For Chuck, that meant falling into the wrong crowd at a young age, leading to drug addiction, homelessness, and years of incarceration. After more than fifteen years of running, Chuck found himself completely defeated — without direction, hope, or a future.
That all began to change on January 3, 2007. Sitting alone and out of options, Chuck picked up a church bulletin and reached out to the pastor listed on the back. That conversation led to Chuck hearing the gospel clearly for the first time — and accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior.
Soon after, knowing he had legal consequences still ahead of him, Chuck made the decision to stop running. He turned himself in to face five more years in prison. But it was there, inside Escambia County Jail, that God called him to preach.
Released in July 2008, Chuck immediately began ministering to others—sharing the hope of Christ in juvenile detention centers, jails, churches, youth camps, and VBS programs. He later attended Bible school, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Divinity, and was ordained in 2014.
Over the past 15 years, Chuck has worked with individuals battling addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. He has a deep burden for what he calls “Broken & Hurting Lives,” and he firmly believes the gospel of Jesus Christ is the answer.
Today, Pastor Chuck and Dana are living testimonies that Jesus changes lives. What once seemed hopeless has been transformed into a powerful ministry of healing and restoration.
In 2016, they founded Lifeline Ministries, which grew into Lifeline Ministry Church and Discipleship Homes — ministries built to serve, shelter, and share the hope that once saved their own lives.
